Onechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad

Here are some well-known faces from Sundance over the years, as they brought their early movies to the festival. See the full gallery. In the year 20XX a mysterious scientist discovers a way to bring back the dead. But when the world falls into ruin, only one woman, her trusty katana and sexy bikini can save them. And as she takes down one zombie after another, she also pursues the younger sister she wants to take to task for killing her father.

Written by Doodle I write this review 5 minutes after watching the movie, because I'm not sure I'll remember much about it in a few hours except there was a chick with a katana.

Aya is on the hunt for her sister who helped killing their father and Doctor Sugita who created hordes of zombies. Helped by another lady with a gun, they are mowing down the zombies and then face the above mentioned for revenge - nobody could come up with a more simple story line.

It wouldn't be much for a manga you could read in 30 minutes, but it is very little to fill 90 minutes of a movie. No surprise it feels a bit stretched, some fights are lasting too long. Fortunately, it looks really good at least. I liked the digitally enhanced flash of the blade which was very comic-strip like, the little also digitally painted blood drops on the camera lens, the well placed flashbacks and slow motion shots, such as the moment when the girl in the white dress is shot, you see the cloud of smoke - and then, already the zombies in the background come nearer.

Due to its clever style, it's fun to watch once, but regrettably not the kind of cult flick you'd want to see again and again. Sign In. Get a sneak peek of the new version of this page.

In the near future, a deranged scientist named Sugita has conducted a series of experiments intended to reanimate the dead. Unfortunately for the entire population of the planet, these experiments were a resounding success.

Now, as a massive, shambling army of the undead launches a bloody war against their living counterparts, wandering beauties Aya Eri Otoguro and Reiko Manami Hashimoto team up to destroy every last zombie in sight. Unfortunately, Aya's sword-wielding schoolgirl sister Saki Chise Nakamura is in league with the nefarious Sugita. When Aya discovers that Saki has killed their father, she vows to take brutal revenge against her murderous younger sibling.

Meanwhile, the zombie population is growing at an alarming rate. Japanese German. This film has broken the law. It's a true crime to cinema, what could have been a fun watch turns into a drab, mediocre exercise in tedium which sees our heroes fighting zombies in the same grungy warehouses and barren fields over and over. I like how Reiko has a shotgun that never runs out of ammo.

Must the be the most convenient thing to have during a zombie apocalypse. Found on Tubi during my late night boredom and what better way to kick it up? With some bikini clad zombie slaying. Ridiculous from start to finish with nothing making sense but I don't care. Laws of gravity and basic physics no longer apply in this world now ruled by the undead. A cheap revenge epic that is bloated with cgi blood, flaming swords and kick ass fights. Takes itself incredibly serious from time to time but if it didn't it wouldn't be as much fun.

Living in an overrun wasteland, a warrior and her friend find that a fellow woman is looking for the same person she is and set out to find her amongst the horde of zombies created by a mad doctor through a series of regeneration experiments and soon discover something far more sinister at hand. There was quite a lot to like overall here. One of the strongest aspects of the film is the impressive amount of action featured throughout here.

Managing to bring martial arts skills into a zombie film, the hand-to-hand fighting that's brought into the film such as the opening battle in the pub or the battle with the zombies at the abandoned ruins. As the swordplay use…. The "bikini" and the "squad" are not necessarily implied, but then again I guess maybe they are.

Something tells me that the original games that Resident Unpleasant here is based on had better graphics, but I think that it gets a pass for its PlayStation-level fidelity. It must be said that House of the Listless is not as colorful, sexy, or spontaneous a splatterfest as the attention-grabbing title suggests, but in spite of how drab and nondescript all of the scenery and plot manage to be, the action, when it happens, is just about as fun as I would expect from a movie like this knowing beforehand that….

This was another random YouTube Watch.Styled after the exploitation films of the s, the game features a campy story, over-the-top violence and gore and attractive female characters in skimpy outfits. It is the third main installment in the OneeChanbara video game series and the first title to be released in North America. Players control Aya, Saki and Annna as they cut and shoot through waves of undead enemies, in either single-player or cooperative multi-player mode.

In single-player mode the characters can be switched during play. The first indicates the current character's splatter gauge, which increases as the character is covered in blood. Once filled, the character automatically goes into rampage mode, dealing more damage but also taking more damage from enemies while gradually and constantly losing health. The second indicates how much gore is on her weaponuncleaned swords become dulled, and if the meter is filled the character's weapon will begin to lodge in enemies, forcing the player to manually remove it in order to continue fighting.

After the defeat of Reiko, Saki regains control of herself, and the two sisters return to a somewhat more normal life.

However, this newfound peace isn't set to last, as once again Tokyo is infested with zombies, and the cursed bloodline of the two sisters is set to clash once again with their own fates. The game received "unfavorable" reviews according to the review aggregation website Metacritic. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. The cell phone had Nordic Visitor saved in the contacts. The GPS had the key sites and some of the hotels already loaded.

The road map of Iceland was color coded and the location of each accommodation was circled with the name and date of check-in written in. There was a book with details of every city and site with driving info.

They thought of every detail so we d chengelh34, United States Express Iceland, May 2013 A great self-drive circle of Iceland with Nordic Visitor. We would highly recommend the self-drive trip around the Ring Road as arranged by Nordic Visitor. The country is spectacular!. It was easy for us because all the accommodations were arranged and were great. There was a detailed itinerary and information, back-up systems if needed, and quick and thorough service from Hilmar in the office.

I would love to have taken 2 weeks instead of one to really absorb the country but what we experienced in beauty, natural phenomenon, and nice people made for a terrific vacation.

I have enough history and geology to think about to last for a long time. From the moment of booking to our return flight NV and Alexandra made the whole trip a once in a lifetime experience. Even the weather was perfect although I'm not sure they had anything to do about that.

The booking process was simple and clearly explained everything we were booking and the extra options available. Our hotel preferences were almost perfectly met and the one choice we couldn't get in (Ranga) was substituted with Hotel Anna, which was the gem of all the lovely hotels we stayed in. Alexandra worked so hard to meet our requests and got upgrades where possible, adding welcome luxury to our tour.

The standard sights (Reykjavik, Gulfoss, Geysir, Blue Lagoon) have to be done - all are very memorable. What really stood out though were the days we toured the south of the island. Walking behind a waterfall at Skogafoss, driving through incredible ever-changing landscapes with glaciers within touching distance, black beaches and whale-watching at Vik, snowmobiling on a volcano, glacier-walking, Watching seals swim in beautiful Jokulsalon in the middle of a blizzard and an hour later climbing a waterfall in warm sunshine.

Get a nice pair of headphones or monitors ASAP.Google uses big trusted sites like news media sites, and their links, to help them sort out the cesspool of the web (when they Google is not ranking news sites own content above smaller businesses).

I would do some of that too I suppose. I mean Google has made newspaper sites authority sites in niches like online dating. Some newspaper sites are so stupid they send out crazy link selling emails too, like above, and indeed, some folk do out them. They do make a business of outing folk. I can tell you I usually ignore all reciprocal link exchange requests via unsolicited emails and recommend you do to.

The quantity, quality, and relevance of links count towards your rating. The sites that link to you can provide context about the subject matter of your site, and can indicate its quality and popularity. However, some Webmasters engage in link exchange schemes and build partner pages exclusively for the sake of cross-linking, disregarding the quality of the links, the sources, and the long-term impact it will have on their sites.

IF YOU TAKE A SECOND AND VISUALISE in your head the link scheme in place and the relationship between pages via links in the reciprocal links hub scenario, you can see how easy it is to do so. Google can probably compute and identify that one a lot faster than you can its so obvious. A useful links page out to unrelated sites on a low-quality domain is just spam to Google and more often or not the pages your links are on will just be ignored by Google, so there is no point getting a link from these pages.

Linking is the foundation of the web. Without links, there would be no web as we know it, no Google even, so never be scared of linking to useful sites or pages. In fact, Google WANTS or, at least, EXPECTS you to do this and will thank you for it at some level. Do you really want that. Of course, you should ALWAYS be LOOKING for high-quality links, whether you link back to those sites or not. One-way links are better for ranking in search engines as they indicate editorially approved links from other sites to yours.

I am working with a client at the moment in a global market that makes something amazing a lot of blue chip companies pay a lot of money for. The aim is to get the BRAND websites to VOTE for our site FIRST, so OUR search engine rankings improve, because Google now TRUSTS our site because of these new quality links on sites it already trusts.

I think all Brand managers would like another good-news-page in the SERPs, so creating a case study for their brand, on your website, is probably better than a link on a links page Google will probably eventually ignore.

If a very trusted site links to my site and gave me a ranking boost, am I expected to believe that linking back to them will remove my ranking boost.

Linking back to a site that links to you is a very common thing on the web. Consider the small site that links to its industry body, and a year down the line the small site is a big player, with links from the industry body. Is that link useless. I would think Google is a lot smarter than that, at some level. I think Google would, at all times, take into account the trust and authority of the sites in question, and whether or not it has any reason not to trust the sites.

I never link to a site JUST BECAUSE THEY LINK TO ME, because the chances are, they are linking to ANY site out there regardless or not if it is a bad neighbourhood. Google reserves the right to penalise you badly if you link to one of these, or are linked from one of them.I felt it a very walkable city, and I felt completely safe exploring on my own.

The locals were always friendly, and willing to help me find my way when I got a little turned around. I've wanted to visit Iceland four about 12 years, and realizing a dream through this tour was more than I could have asked for. Thank you - I'll be returning to Iceland.
